Check Out Our New Titles from "7 Weeks to Fitness" and "The Athlete's Cookbook"!

Thanks to Brett Stewart (creator of the popular 7 Weeks to Fitness series) and the team at Ulysses Press, I'm now writing fitness and nutritional lifestyle books, many of which are collaborations with some really fantastic and extremely knowledgeable athletes and coaches.

Right now, I'm in the process of writing a sports nutrition chapter, plus a muscle-building meal plan and recipes for 7 Weeks to 10 Pounds of Muscles, by Brett Stewart and Jason Warner. Plus, we've almost wrapped The Vegan Athlete, by Brett Stewart and Ben Greene, with recipes, a meal plan, and a section on vegan entertaining written by me. After that, The Paleo Athlete (by Brett Stewart and Darryl Edwards) and The Athlete's Cookbook (by Brett Stewart and myself) are next. The Vegan Athlete and 7 Weeks to 10 Pounds of Muscles are currently available for pre-order on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
